All appointments at Everything_Chic are strictly by booking. We do not accept walk-ins. A 70% payment is required to reserve your slot, and the remaining 30% is payable at the salon on your appointment day.

Bookings are valid only after payment confirmation. Payment must be made within 24 hours of filling the booking form; otherwise, the slot will be released.

Lateness beyond 15 minutes may lead to rescheduling or cancellation depending on the day's availability.

All service payments are non-refundable but can be rescheduled once with 24-hour notice.
